JW Marriott Crete Resort & Spa

In the northern bay of Marathi, on a coastal area of approximately 70,000 sq.m., the construction of JW Marriott's first tourist accommodation in Greece is underway in collaboration with VASILAKIS S.A. It is a five-star hotel accommodation with a capacity of 450 beds. The facility consists of hotel complexes and independent units with a total area of 10,654 sq.m. The scale of the project is unprecedented for the region. MARKT S.A. was selected to implement a 6,000 sq.m. portion of the project, following JW Marriott group's high construction standards and strict timeframe.
