Marathi is located on the south-eastern tip of the Cape Peninsula and is only 17 km from the city center of Chania. It is an area with strong tourist development in recent years as the idyllic landscape, the clear blue waters and the short distance from the city center make it an ideal destination.
In the northern bay of Marathi and in a coastal area of 60,000 sq.m. the construction of a five-star tourist accommodation with a capacity of 450 beds is underway. The facility consists of hotel complexes as well as independent units with a total construction area of 10,000 sq.m
The size of the project is unprecedented for the region. 2500 sq.m. will be built. of swimming pools and 20 cave buildings in order to fully harmonize the unit with the natural landscape.
Construction standards are high and the project is expected to be delivered in 2024.
